  • Hopgate VPN provides encrypted access to the internet to help users maintain freedom, anonymity, and security.
  • We do not log user activity such as browsing history, DNS queries, or traffic contents. We only retain minimal technical data required for account operation (temporary signup IP, bandwidth usage, and payment metadata).
  • The Service must not be used for illegal activity, including copyright infringement or abuse.
  • Payments are final and non-refundable.
  • P2P is allowed only on specially designated servers.
  • We reserve the right to suspend access if these Terms are violated.
  • The Service is operated under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Seychelles by an International Business Company (IBC).

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms described below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Hopgate VPN (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hopgate VPN provides a secure and encrypted VPN service using advanced technologies designed to enhance online freedom, anonymity, and resistance to censorship. Features and service availability may evolve over time as we improve the Service. We strive to maintain high reliability, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

5. Payments and No Refund Policy

  • Payments may be made via cryptocurrency, credit card, or other payment methods supported by third-party processors such as tribute.tg.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of payment method, unless otherwise required under Seychelles law.
  • You are responsible for any transaction fees, currency conversion rates, or third-party processing charges.

6. Minimal-Log Data Policy

Hopgate VPN follows a no activity logs policy. We do not collect or store:

  • Browsing history
  • DNS queries
  • Traffic content
  • Connection timestamps

We only retain minimal technical information strictly necessary to operate the Service:

  • Temporary signup IP (deleted after fraud and abuse prevention checks)
  • Bandwidth usage per account
  • Payment transaction metadata (amount, transaction ID, processor reference)

This data is not used to identify users or track their online activity.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Illegal activities of any kind
  • Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material
  • Cyberattacks, spamming, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Activity that may harm the Service or its infrastructure
  • Circumventing or attempting to bypass any technical, quantitative, or functional limitations of the Service, including plan limits, free access restrictions, trial conditions, or other usage constraints
  • Creating, maintaining, or using multiple accounts to circumvent limits, abuse free access, or otherwise exploit the Service ("multi-account abuse")
  • Using peer-to-peer (P2P) protocols, including BitTorrent and similar technologies, on servers that are not explicitly marked as supporting P2P

If no P2P-enabled servers are currently available, P2P usage is not supported until such servers are introduced.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

8. Account Sharing

Your subscription may allow use on multiple devices. Normal personal use and use within your household is permitted.

However, you may not:

  • Share your account in a way that exceeds reasonable household use
  • Provide access to large groups, organizations, or the public
  • Resell, rent, or redistribute your account or the Service for commercial purposes
  • Circumvent device limits associated with your subscription

Abusive or commercial sharing may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Service Availability

We are committed to providing reliable, continuous access to the Service. However, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We take reasonable steps to restore service promptly in such events.

10. Termination

We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service (including both free and paid access), with or without prior notice and with or without providing a reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or for reasons related to security, operational integrity, or legal compliance.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.

We also reserve the right to deny access to the Service to any user at our discretion, even without prior use or in the absence of a specific violation.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific performance levels, or that the Service will meet your expectations. You use the Service at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hopgate VPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or access to the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hopgate VPN harmless against any claims or damages arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Hopgate VPN is operated by an International Business Company (IBC) incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Due to the privacy-focused nature of the Service, the Company does not maintain a publicly accessible physical office address.

All legal, administrative, or regulatory correspondence must be directed exclusively to legal@hopgate.net. Any legal notices shall be deemed properly delivered once sent to this email address, unless otherwise required under the applicable laws of the Republic of Seychelles.
